Mr. Jayapal - FCA Strategic Advisor
Mr. Jayapal brings over 39 years of management experience, with three decades focused on international education. As former CEO and Finance Director of UK-listed AEC Education Plc and Non-Executive Director of Malvern Education Plc, he has played a key role in advancing global education standards.
His leadership extends to governance and finance, serving on committees at Triterras Inc., and holding senior roles in firms like McMillan Woods International and Hallmark Capital Pte Ltd. A Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, he ensures ISRC operates with integrity and financial strength.
Mr. Jayapal has helped expand education networks across Asia and introduced English language programs through Linguaphone Ltd (UK). His strategic vision and commitment to student success are instrumental in guiding ISRC’s mission to connect students with top institutions worldwide.
Dr Ritu Manchanda - Senior Counsellor
With over 34 years of experience in the private education sector, Dr. Ritu Manchanda brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her role at ISRC. Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration, she blends academic excellence with hands-on leadership across teaching, school management, curriculum planning, and business development.
Dr. Manchanda’s expertise allows her to provide students with personalized, strategic guidance tailored to their goals. Her multilingual skills and strong background in educational marketing and planning enable her to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and help them navigate their academic and career journeys with confidence.
Ms. Keerthana - Counsellor
Keerthana is a dedicated ACCA member with a strong foundation in accounting and finance, complemented by a deep passion for education and professional growth. She has extensive experience in student engagement, actively mentoring individuals through their academic journeys and providing personalized support in career counseling. Her role also includes managing administrative tasks, where she demonstrates exceptional organizational skills in handling student records, schedules, and academic processes.
Beyond her professional expertise, she is an avid traveler, which has broadened her perspective on different cultures and enhanced her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Her diverse skill set in both finance and education allows her to create meaningful interactions, foster professional development, and contribute to the success of students and colleagues alike.
Ms. Nitya - Counsellor & Marketing Coordinator
Nitya is a dedicated counsellor and marketing coordinator with a unique blend of interpersonal insight and strategic communication skills. Her empathetic and goal-oriented approach helps students navigate challenges and unlock their full potential. In parallel, she plays a vital role in marketing coordination, where she crafts and executes effective outreach strategies to enhance institutional visibility and engagement. From managing campaigns to organizing events and digital content, she bridges the gap between education and brand growth with creativity and precision.
